We specialize in repairing and servicing out of warranty Multimedia LCD / DLP Projector made by all manufactures. If your projector should ever need repair or maintenance, we are experienced and are familiar with many models and can troubleshoot every problem directly to the source. So you can get your projector fixed right, the first time.

How much do you charge for estimates?
A $35.00 flat fee, this covers our time for troubleshooting and finding the cost of replacement parts as needed. This estimate fee is waived when you decide to have your projector repaired by us.

If you don't want to have your projector repaired and want the projector returned, you pay only the estimate fee + return shipping.

Standard repair costs and how we calculate the price of your repair.

Labor Flat rates:
Minor repairs: $139.95, Power supply problems and intermittent problems repairs.
Normal repairs: $169.95, LCD alignments and lcd panels replacement.
Major repairs: $209.95, Circuit and lcd/dlp processor problems.
Plus Parts: This is the price of parts, if necessary.
Tax: If you live in either CA or CO, we have to charge you sales tax on replacement parts.
Return S&H cost: Spectronix bills only the actual shipping rate.

To send in your Projector for repair:

You will need to complete the Pre-Estimate and Job Number Request Form. Once you have a Repair Reference number, your unit can be sent in for servicing and repair.
